Missing GPO templates

Have you encountered a situation where, after you open the group policy editor that several of the templates have gone missing? I discovered this issue while trying to fix a separate issue. After running a search I found and moved them to the %system%/system32/group policy folder which fixed it. There is also another fix I found after doing a bit of research into this, run regsvr32 gptext.dll at the command prompt. Apparently the dll can become unregistered. I was just curious if you had run across this issue before.
