Try to rearm your Office 2013.

Using 64 Bit ?

Open PowerShell as administrator

Using 64 Bit ? If not see below.

Navigate to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15

using cd ‘c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15’   (don’t for get the single quotes!)

type ospprearm.exe

Using 32 Bit ?

Navigate to c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15

using cd ‘c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15’   (don’t for get the single quotes!) 

type ospprearm.exe
